١- مدة الاسترجاع
عندك 30 يوم من تاريخ استلام المنتج علشان تطلب استرجاعه.
٢- شروط الاسترجاع
لازم المنتج يكون:بنفس الحالة اللي استلمته بيها غير مستخدم بالتيكت (tags) في العلبة الأصلية
٣- طريقة طلب الاسترجاع
تبعت رسالة واتساب على:
01273981661 وبعد الموافقة هيتبعت لك تعليمات إرجاع المنتج.
٤- لو المنتج فيه مشكلة لو المنتج:تالف فيه عيب أو وصل لك منتج غلط لازم تتواصل فورًا علشان يتم حل المشكلة. لو في أي عيب صناعة بيتم استرجاع المنتج بدون أي مصاريف شحن.
٥- منتجات لا يمكن استرجاعها
بعض المنتجات لا يمكن إرجاعها مثل:

4. Damaged or Wrong Items

Damaged Defective Or you received the wrong item Contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue. Items with manufacturing defects can be returned without any shipping fees.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, such as: Custom or personalized products
6. Exchanges
If you want to exchange an item, you need to return the original item first. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.
7. Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned item:
